On August 6th, the company meticulously organized a new employee training session with a clear theme and rich content, aiming to help new employees quickly integrate into the team, gain a deep understanding of the company culture and business, and embark on a new career journey.
General Manager Chen Bo delivered a welcome speech, extending a warm welcome to the new employees and expressing his expectations: firstly, to be courageous and innovative; secondly, to be grounded and grow steadily; and thirdly, to collaborate as a team and achieve mutual success. New employee representatives Lu Jichao and Lu Na shared their joy and aspirations upon joining the company, expressing their determination to contribute to the company's development.
During the training session, Zhang Xin, Deputy Manager of the Human Resources Department, explained the company's history and talent cultivation plan; Feng Zhuo, Assistant Manager of the Safety Management Department, explained safety education and regulations; and Liu Manyu, Manager of the Quality Inspection Department, introduced the functions and importance of the company's quality inspection center. During the visit, Deputy General Manager Zhou Baojin and other relevant personnel led the new employees to further understand the company's production workshop and laboratory, experiencing firsthand the profound accumulation of Weil Welding's efficient operation.
The infusion of fresh blood adds new impetus to the company's sustainable development. We expect the new employees to quickly complete their role transition, shine brightly in their respective positions, and work hand-in-hand with Weil Welding to help China's welding materials industry reach new heights.
