Surfacing welding material with pole
Strip surfacing alloys include austenite, martensite, ferrite, dual phase steel, super austenite, carbon steel, nickel base, etc. Welding methods include: submerged arc welding (SAW) and electroslag welding (ESW). The flux process performance is good, the surfacing process is stable, the slag removal is easy, the surface of the weld bead is smooth, the fusion is good, and the dilution rate is low. Applicable to petrochemical, coal chemical, boiler, nuclear power and other equipment surfacing requirements.
