Weier Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harbin Institute of Welding Huatong (Changzhou) Welding Industry Co., Ltd., with China National Machinery Science Research Institute Group Co., Ltd. as the actual controller and under the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
