To anchor our annual development goals and strengthen the safety production defense line, on February 24, Wil Welding simultaneously held its 2026 work kickoff meeting and conducted a special safety inspection at the start of the year. These pragmatic measures are designed to ensure a solid start and steady progress throughout the year, laying a robust foundation for our annual development. 。
At the kickoff meeting for the new year’s work, General Manager Chen Bo delivered a speech. Focusing on the company’s annual development strategy, he provided comprehensive planning and specific allocation of key annual tasks across all departments, clearly defining the core responsibilities of each position and outlining the direction for advancing this year’s work. At the same time, to boost team vitality and ensure accountability, General Manager Chen Bo further clarified various assessment mechanisms, standardized assessment criteria, and ensured that every task has clear guidelines, measurable goals, and effective incentives, thereby motivating all employees to carry out their assignments with greater efficiency.
In conjunction with the kickoff meeting for the new year’s work, the company organized a special safety inspection at the start of the year. Led by Deputy General Manager Li Xiangyang, the inspection team conducted a comprehensive review of key areas—including production workshops, fire protection facilities, and electrical equipment—to identify and address potential safety hazards. During the inspection, emphasis was placed once again on critical safety precautions, further strengthening safety awareness among all employees and ensuring that the company firmly upholds its safety bottom line, thereby providing solid support for its high-quality development.
