Zhou Baojin, chairman of the Weil Welding Trade Union and deputy general manager, announced the opening of the first "Leap of Friendship Cup" basketball and dart competition between the Harbin Boiler Company's Process Department Party Committee and the Weil Company Party branch. Lü Zhenjia, deputy chief engineer and chief forger of Harbin Boiler Company, threw the opening ball for the basketball game. After fierce competition, the Harbin Process team won the basketball championship, and the Weil Welding team won the dart competition with precise throws. The competition effectively enhanced team friendship and stimulated innovation.
