To implement the work plan of the China Academy of Machinery Science Group for the 2026 Confidentiality Publicity Month and further strengthen all employees’ awareness of confidentiality while fortifying the company’s security and confidentiality safeguards, on May 26, Weier Welding organized a special study session on confidentiality education and publicity. Participants watched the public-service promotional video “Within a Small Space,” produced for National Confidentiality Publicity Month, thereby advancing the institutionalization and long-term sustainability of the company’s confidentiality education and publicity efforts.

This event is closely aligned with the core theme “Building a Solid Confidentiality Defense—A Responsibility Shared by Every Citizen,” and features targeted awareness‑raising and training sessions for the company’s senior leaders and employees across all departments. The promotional film, “Within a Small Space,” uses real‑world cases to dissect common confidentiality vulnerabilities and potential risks that are often overlooked in daily work. It systematically disseminates knowledge of relevant confidentiality laws, regulations, and operational guidelines, underscored the importance, rigor, and urgency of confidentiality efforts, and further strengthens all staff members’ vigilance and sense of responsibility in safeguarding sensitive information.
Following the presentation, participants engaged in discussions tailored to their respective roles, delving into key areas such as the management of classified information, the use of office equipment, cybersecurity, and external communications. They shared insights from their work on maintaining confidentiality, identified potential risks and vulnerabilities, and collaboratively explored preventive measures. All agreed that there are no minor issues in confidentiality work—risks lurk in the details—and that, as a research‑and‑production enterprise, classified information, core technologies, and business data are directly linked to the company’s security and long-term development; even the slightest oversight could lead to grave consequences. Participants pledged to internalize confidentiality requirements and translate them into concrete actions, strictly adhering to discipline, standardizing conduct, and ensuring that they fulfill their responsibilities with utmost diligence.
Going forward, Wei’er Welding will continue to implement the Group’s confidentiality requirements, conduct regular confidentiality training, self‑assessments of risks, and cautionary education, and continually refine its confidentiality policies while addressing management gaps. The company will ensure that all employees remain vigilant about confidentiality and security, conscientiously fulfill their confidentiality obligations, and establish a comprehensive, organization‑wide, end‑to‑end confidentiality safeguard, thereby providing robust support for the enterprise’s high‑quality development.
