To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, enrich employees' Cultural Life, and enhance team cohesion, the Harbin Welding Institute Trade Union jointly held the first "Challenge Cup" badminton tournament with the Weil Company Trade Union. The aim of this competition is to cultivate a positive and healthy spirit, strengthen team cooperation, and foster a spirit of daring to challenge and strive for excellence. The competition includes team and individual events, adopting a preliminary and final round system. The competition was officially held on September 21, with more than 60 athletes participating.
The atmosphere at the competition site was tense yet enthusiastic. After a series of thrilling contests, the competition concluded successfully on the morning of September 28. Weil Company, relying on their tacit cooperation and high spirits, won the team championship, men's singles championship, women's singles runner-up, and men's doubles runner-up.
This competition, adhering to the principle of "Friendship First, Competition Second," demonstrated the team members' positive and progressive spirit, inspiring everyone to strive for high-quality enterprise development with even greater enthusiasm.
