To strengthen the company’s talent pool and help new employees integrate into the team more quickly, Weier Welding held its 2026 onboarding training on July 10. The company’s management team, department heads, and all newly hired employees attended the session.
At the outset of the training, Chen Bo, Secretary of the Company’s Party Branch and General Manager, delivered a welcoming address. On behalf of all company employees, he extended a warm welcome to the new recruits. Drawing on the company’s current development trajectory and the broader industry outlook, he provided an in-depth overview of the company’s mission and its talent‑development framework, urging all new staff to swiftly transition into their roles, strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures, excel in their respective positions, hone their professional skills, and take proactive responsibility. He encouraged them to contribute tangible results through hard work, thereby strengthening the company’s growth and driving its continued success.
Subsequently, the new employees introduced themselves one by one. Xu Da and Zhao Yan, as representatives of the new hires, delivered remarks, showcasing their proactive, down-to-earth, and determined spirit. Heads of the Human Resources Department, Safety Management Department, Quality Inspection Center, Finance Department, and General Administration Department each conducted training sessions covering topics such as an overview of the company, safety education, quality inspection responsibilities, financial policies, and daily conduct guidelines.
In the latter stage of the training, the company arranged for new employees to immerse themselves in frontline production workshops and R&D laboratories. Through on-site observation and hands-on learning, they gained a close-up understanding of the company’s manufacturing processes, technological R&D efforts, and industrial strategy, thereby deepening their familiarity with the company’s core business areas.
This training was substantive and highly targeted, effectively enhancing new employees’ sense of organizational identity and job belonging, thereby laying a solid foundation for them to assume their roles promptly. Looking ahead, we hope all new employees will unite in purpose, act with determination and pragmatism, swiftly integrate into their teams, fulfill their duties conscientiously from their respective positions, and inject fresh vitality into the company’s high‑quality, steady growth.
