The Enterprise Technology Center was established in 2018 and the Municipal Enterprise Technology Center was recognized in 2020.
Based on the research of welding materials, welding technology and equipment, the center is oriented to petrochemical, coal chemical, military, nuclear power, hydropower, construction machinery, metallurgy, construction, marine engineering and other industries. It has undertaken more than ten major national science and technology projects, military products and civilian support, national key R & D plans, international scientific and technological cooperation, Heilongjiang Province projects, Harbin Science and Technology Bureau projects, and horizontal technical cooperation between industries and enterprises. A leading domestic advanced welding technology innovation team of energy equipment has been set up to meet the development needs of "high, fine, sharp and special" welding materials for major domestic projects.
